About Me
My name is Shraddha. I teach yoga to relieve stress and anxiety and to feel relaxed and at ease, one day at a time by Yoga (using simple props). Shraddha is a doer. She had lost a loved one due to COVID-19 and also beat COVID herself. She had lost a loved one through severe depression, so she knows the pain and loss of life. Regular practice of spirituality and yoga helped her deal with physical pain, grief, and emotional pain.
She was a preschool teacher and now she loves teaching yoga full-time. Shraddha is also (E -RYT) a certified 200-hour yoga teacher from Downtown Yoga graduate of the 200-hour RYT program. She is practicing yoga since 2019. She is passionate about Iyengar-inspired yoga because it emphasizes correct body posture, alignment is essential to get stability, strength, stamina, flexibility, and also to avoid Physical injury.
Spirituality and yoga helped her create a balance between the family of two girls and her husband. She prays and wishes the same balance for everyone. Let’s start that positive connection with your heart through yoga so you can follow your heart 😊

This live streaming class takes place every Wednesday at 6:00am to 7 a.m Pacific Time. A fitness-based approach for strength, mobility, and stress management.
